- Collet Chuck은 스핀들과 일체형 구조로 설계되어 구조가 견고하여 흔들림이 적고 절단 능력이 우수하여 면취절단시 정도 유지에 좋은 구조로 되어 있다.
- 절단시 칩이 짧게 배출되어 종전에 비해 칩처리가 용이하다.
- 조작이 간편하여 초보자도 쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
- 정밀도 유지, 길이 공차 ±0.05 직각도 공차±0.05
- 절단기+면취기 라인 연결이 되므로 라인 자동화에 도움이 된다.

- 대차이송은 유압모터를 사용하여 속도 제어가 쉽고 제품 길이가 일정하게 절단된다.

- 제품기종 변경시 스핀들부와 적재대 쪽에 Center 높이 조절이 핸들하나로 Barfeeder 전체가 동시에 조정된다.
