특징Feature
- 본 제품은 전장길이가 짧은 소재를 단면, 내·외경을 가공하는 기계로서, 다품종 대량생산에 적합한 기계다.
- 전장길이 기종변환시 슬라이드가 2단으로 구성되어 있어 속도제어밸브나 Limit Switch를 조절할 필요없이 핸들하나로 신속하게 조절한다.
- 제품 클램프는 핑거와 이송 Slide를 구축하여 소재를 정확한 위치에서 클램프된다.
- 두꺼운 제품은 Chip처리가 문제가 되었으나 Chip브레이크 기능을 개발하여 해소하였다.
- 종전에는 Parts Feeder를 사용하여 소음이 많았고 제품이 단일품목이었으나 Hopper 공급장치는 Up-down소재공급으로 소음을 최소화하였고 제품기종을 여러가지 선택할 수 있도록 하였다.
- YSCH-60/85 fabricates one side & in/outside diameter of short length materials. It will be fit for mass production of various items.
- Slide is structured as two columns so for the change of machine, only one handle realizes a swift control without any touch of speed control valve or limit switch.
- The clamp functions excellently at the right place with finger and conveying slide.
- New development of chip brake function eliminated the chip processing problem of the think items.
- The use of Parts Feeder has created a noise problem and narrowed the choice to only one machine type to buyers in the past. Hopper supply device provided various choices of machine type to buyers with Up-down mterials supply method.
